The website Rotten Tomatoes collects movie reviews and tabulates how “fresh” or “rotten” a film is by adding / dividing the positive reviews versus negative.

The Karate Kid has 70% rating vs The A-Team‘s 50%. Shrek the Fourth received 54%.

Right now, with 118 reviews, Toy Story 3 has a 100% rating. Literally, all the critics love it. Had you asked me back in April I would have said the #1 grossing movie of the summer would be Iron Man 2, I now firmly believe that Toy Story 3 will surpass it by end of July. The other big release opening today is Jonah Hex (at a crowd-pleasing 12% rating), and it’s about to get Pixar’d.
