Brass Balls

Jeff and I have not commented at all on the “NBC Late Night” story this week. I thought Conan’s statement was remarkably firm and showed back-bone. He clearly could see the writing on the wall when he posted it. Many sympathize with hand he’s been dealt. NBC is making a business decision. Conan’s feelings and “the legacy of The Tonight Show” matters very little to them. The biggest knee-slapper thus far to all this has to be the below clip of Jimmy Kimmel, who was on the recently canceled (but still airing) Jay Leno Show last night. He let him have it.

  1. The amount of time I’ve spent, in my entire life, watching any of the shows in question would probably amount to three or four hours. Needless to say, I haven’t the slightest idea what’s going on.
